Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Associate Sales Executive to support new business acquisition, develop client relationships, and contribute to the growth of Giftech Global's corporate gifting business.
The role requires someone who can understand client requirements, communicate gifting solutions clearly, maintain consistent follow-ups, and support the sales process from initial outreach through order closure.
You will work closely with Corporate Sales Managers and internal teams to build a qualified sales pipeline, support key accounts, and achieve individual revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Revenue Support
- Identify and approach prospective corporate clients, enterprises, SMEs, and agencies.
- Generate new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, networking, and lead follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate gifting solutions.
- Support the closure of bulk orders and annual requirements for employee engagement, festive gifting, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate updates on leads and opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team on lead-generation campaigns and outbound initiatives.
Client and Account Coordination
- Build professional relationships with HR, Administration, Procurement, and Marketing contacts.
- Support the servicing and growth of existing corporate accounts.
- Identify opportunities to introduce personalization, global delivery, and multi-category gifting solutions.
- Prepare and share product recommendations, proposals, quotations, and follow-up communication.
- Coordinate with Corporate Sales Managers during pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Maintain regular client communication and support repeat business.
Sales Execution
- Work toward assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain timely follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop a strong understanding of Giftech Global's products, personalization options, and delivery capabilities.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to understand and address client requirements.
- Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and sales activity records in the CRM.
- Participate in sales reviews and share updates on pipeline progress, challenges, and expected closures.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with operations and sourcing teams for product availability, pricing, and large-order requirements.
- Work with the design team on customization and branding requirements.
- Coordinate internally to support timely order execution and client satisfaction.
- Communicate client requirements clearly to the relevant internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, inside sales, or business development.
- Experience in corporate gifting, HR solutions, SaaS, advertising, events, or the employee engagement industry is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in speaking with corporate clients and understanding their requirements.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- A target-driven and proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple client conversations and sales opportunities.
