Orders How do I place an order from the website?

Step 1: Start by clicking on your preferred item category. For example, if you are looking for employee kits, click on the Employee Kit tab. Scroll through the options and click on your desired product.

Step 2: On the product page, either click Add To Cart to continue shopping or Buy Now to proceed to checkout. Select add-ons if desired.

Step 3: Review your selections by clicking the Cart tab in the top right corner of the web page. Next, click Place Order.

Step 4: Log in with your email ID as prompted. On the checkout page, provide the delivery address, choose the delivery date/time, and add a special message. Click Review.

Step 5: Verify your order and click Proceed To Payment to complete your purchase.

Payments What payment modes are available, and can payment be made through cash?

To make this process convenient for you, we accept payment through credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, UPI, and net banking. However, we do not offer cash on delivery.

Payments I am not able to complete the payment. What should I do?

If you are encountering this issue, it may be related to a connectivity problem. To resolve this, ensure that you have a stable internet connection when placing your order.

Delivery Can I place an order for delivery outside India?

Certainly. You can place an order for international delivery from our website and send thoughtful gifts to your loved ones living in the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UAE. We also extend our services to other countries beyond these on specific occasions.

Delivery Will I be charged extra shipping charges?

No, our standard gift delivery service to the listed cities comes at no extra charge.

However, if you choose express delivery options or your international delivery location has additional charges, those will apply.

Bulk gifting What about discounts on bulk orders?

Account What is the benefit of setting up an account on Giftech Global?

Orders How will I know if my order has been delivered?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been delivered. Additionally, you can log in to your Giftech Global account to check the status of your order.

Orders Is it possible to cancel my order, and what is the procedure?

Cancellations are accepted, but only within 24 hours of order placement. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at support@giftechglobal.com from the same email address that was used for placing the order. Make sure to specify your order number in your email.
