Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented AVP – Corporate Sales to lead corporate sales, strategic account acquisition, and revenue growth for Giftech Global.

The ideal candidate should have an established network across HR, Procurement, Administration, Marketing, Sales, CXO offices, and Corporate Communications. They should also possess strong experience selling corporate gifting, employee engagement solutions, promotional merchandise, or related B2B services.

This is a leadership role responsible for driving high-value enterprise accounts, building a high-performing sales team, and achieving aggressive revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute the national corporate sales strategy.
  • Build a sustainable pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
  • Drive annual and quarterly revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities across industries.
  • Build long-term relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers.

Enterprise Business Development

Acquire and manage enterprise clients across:

Key Account Management

  • Own strategic accounts.
  • Build relationships with HR, Procurement, Administration, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
  • Increase repeat business.
  • Upsell and cross-sell solutions.
  • Ensure high customer retention.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Corporate Sales Managers and Executives.
  • Monitor sales performance and conversion ratios.
  • Conduct weekly sales reviews.
  • Build a high-performance sales culture.
  • Recruit and coach top-performing sales talent.

Revenue and Pipeline Management

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
  • Drive proposal conversions.
  • Monitor sales funnel metrics.
  • Improve average deal size.
  • Increase customer lifetime value.

Client Engagement

  • Conduct corporate sales presentations.
  • Lead commercial negotiations.
  • Prepare strategic proposals and pricing.
  • Handle contract discussions.
  • Close high-value corporate deals.

Market Intelligence

  • Track competitors.
  • Identify emerging gifting trends.
  • Monitor seasonal buying patterns.
  • Recommend new products and services.
  • Participate in exhibitions and networking events.

Corporate gifting leaders increasingly focus on customized solutions, CRM-driven account management, and enterprise relationship building.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree mandatory.

Experience

  • 5–10 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading enterprise sales teams.
  • Experience in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, employee engagement, printing, branding, events, FMCG, technology, or HR solutions preferred.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise accounts worth ₹50 lakhs to ₹10+ crores annually.
  • Strong network among HR, Procurement, Administration, and Marketing decision-makers.
