Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager who can lead enterprise and key-account acquisition, build long-term client relationships, and drive high-value B2B partnerships.
The role requires a consultative seller who understands corporate procurement cycles and HR and marketing gifting use cases. The successful candidate should be able to close large-ticket deals while mentoring the sales team.
You will be responsible for revenue growth, team leadership, and developing strategic accounts across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue and Business Growth
- Drive new business acquisition across corporates, enterprises, and agencies.
- Close high-value deals, including bulk orders and annual contracts, for employee engagement, festive gifting, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast monthly and quarterly revenue.
- Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and partnerships.
- Work closely with marketing on lead-generation campaigns and outbound strategies.
Key Account Management
- Develop long-term relationships with HR, Administration, Procurement, and Marketing decision-makers.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts.
- Upsell personalization, global delivery, and multi-category gifting solutions.
- Handle negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract closures.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor Corporate Sales Executives.
- Set targets and monitor performance.
- Train the team on consultative selling and product positioning.
- Improve conversion ratios and sales processes.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with operations and sourcing for large orders.
- Work with the design team on customization requirements.
- Ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B, corporate, or enterprise sales.
- Experience in corporate gifting, HR solutions, SaaS, advertising, events, or the employee engagement industry is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience handling large clients and high-value transactions.
- Team-handling experience is mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- A target-driven and relationship-oriented mindset.
