- Understanding of UI fundamentals, including layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic awareness of UX principles, including user flows, conversion-focused design, and mobile responsiveness.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple design requests with deadlines.
Good to Have
The following skills are beneficial but not mandatory:
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for supporting visual assets.
- Exposure to AI tools for design ideation, such as generating layout concepts or visual references through prompts.
- Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS concepts to support development handoff.
Who Should Apply
- Students or recent graduates with a design, HCI, or related background.
- Anyone building a UI/UX portfolio and looking for hands-on, real-world product and marketing experience.
- Self-starters who are comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team environment.
What You'll Gain
- Direct mentorship and ownership of real landing pages and conversion flows.
- Exposure to B2B funnel design and growth-oriented UX thinking.
- A strong portfolio of live, market-facing UI/UX work.
- Potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
